Calling all Music Performance pre-professionals!
Do you have a passion for musical excellence? Do you desire a strong Christian community? If so, CAMP-of-the-WOODS (COTW) is hiring talented musicians for its Summer Music Program, APAF, to musically serve the 8,000 members who vacation at COTW during the summer season.

What can you expect in summer 2024?
COMMUNITY: a community of 36 young professional musicians: 28 instrumentalists, 8 vocalists
PERFORMANCE TYPES: lead worship, perform concerts, perform chamber music, & weekly recitals
STYLE VARIETY: engage in styles of music like classical, pops, jazz, & contemporary worship
PAID STIPEND: receive a significant weekly paycheck; all housing and meals are covered
What will you grow in?
PROFESSIONAL MUSICIANSHIP: work with experienced faculty, guest artists, and nation-wide colleagues
YOUR FAITH: listen to daily, dynamic chapel services, engage in weekly staff small groups, and fellowship with staff enjoying the resort amenities, hiking locally in the Adirondack Mountains, and more!
Successful candidates are typically graduate students studying Music Performance at various colleges/universities from all over the nation. Some undergraduates are accepted in the application process.

Meet the Brunos
Dr. Zachary Bruno is Director of the Adirondack Performing Arts Festival (APAF), which is the summer music program at CAMP-of-the-WOODS.
He and his HR-professional wife Katy live most of the year in Virginia where Dr. Bruno serves as Professor of Music and Director of Orchestras at Liberty University as well as Orchestra Director at Thomas Road Baptist Church. From 2011 to 2022, he was Professor of Music and Director of Orchestras at Skyline College in South San Francisco, California, and in the summers of 2010 and 2015, Zack was one of the 35 APAF summer musicians. Dr. Bruno holds a DMA in Orchestral Conducting from Boston University.
The Brunos are passionate about honoring God in music and life, and they love to disciple young professionals in following Jesus for a lifetime.
